Clarry Hill Preserve, in Union and Waldoboro, with its huge spread of blueberry fields divided up by stone walls and its views from Muscongus Bay to Mt. Washington, is beautiful at any time of year, but is especially lovely in the spring when the blueberries are blossoming and in the fall when the fields turn all colors of red.
All are welcome to join us for a walk on the Midcoast Conservancy trail, which runs through blueberry fields and woods down to Jackson Road on Storer (Little Medomak) pond. Meet at the kiosk on Elmer Hart Rd. on Clarry Hill. If you prefer not to walk back up the trail, you can leave a car at the bottom of the trail on Jackson Road.
