    1. Demonstrate and document continued compliance with program requirements, monitoring, and implementing any new requirements over the accredited term.

    2. Prepare for LTA Accreditation renewal in August 2028.

    2. Maintain a Board Handbook including organizational policies, a board leadership succession plan, and standing committee charters, to be reviewed every two years.

    1. Cultivate a collaborative team culture by instituting clear communication practices.

    2. Create and utilize detailed, coordinated annual work plans.

    3. Establish an organizational compensation plan that includes factors such as providing a livable wage and advancement opportunities.

    4. Revise and maintain an Employee Handbook that contains standard operating procedures for internal organization processes and communication.

    1. Refine and implement our system for recruiting, training, tracking, and retaining volunteers.

    2. Recognize and appreciate volunteer efforts regularly.

    1. Update internal fundraising and financial systems and processes.

    2. Create a facilities master plan that reviews alternatives for office space and organizational needs.

    1. Envision and launch a capital campaign to grow funds that support long-term organizational health and program needs.

    2. Increase operating reserves to $350,000 by June 2027.
