As Midcoast Conservancy looks to the future, it is vital that we understand challenges and seek opportunities. This strategic plan is the story of who we are, while we continue working to focus our activities and strengthen our foundational goals. It is a road map to guide the entire Midcoast Conservancy constituency —members, donors, volunteers, staff , and board— as we build this shared vision.
